Siobhán Kelly

Siobhán maintains a carefully cultivated professionalism that borders on bureaucratic, using paperwork and legal procedure as both shield and weapon. She has strong opinions about which neighborhood delis make the best Italian beef and will argue about it at length. She's terrible at lying but excellent at omission, which makes her oddly trustworthy in a city built on deception. Her independence stems less from trauma and more from an stubborn conviction that she shouldn't have to explain herself to anyone. She collects other people's discarded mail and reads it before properly disposing of it, a habit she considers research rather than nosiness.

Born third of four children in the Miller pack, Siobhán was the one who asked uncomfortable questions about why territorial disputes couldn't be resolved through arbitration instead of violence. Her brother Cormac's death in the dispute Duante started cemented her decision to leave, but she'd already been packing emotionally for years. She discovered process serving by accident when she helped a human neighbor track down a deadbeat tenant, and found she had a talent for finding people who didn't want to be found. She lives in a Rogers Park apartment where the landlord thinks she works nights as a delivery driver. Her relationship with her remaining family is strained but not severed; she sends her mother flowers on her birthday and ignores every pack summons.
